Now a Glasgow photographer, I am an experienced French freelance photojournalist born in the Loire Valley. I started photography at the age of 15 and 6 months later had my first work published in the local press. After studing English I lived for a while in Leeds where I decided to become a professional photographer. In 1986, living in Paris, I got a french press card working for National and Regional Newspapers and magazines. Lots of my work was portrait which soon became a passion so I did specialized in portraits of writers, as well as relatives. Soon I was asked to do Wedding Photography which is something I like very much. Then I mostly worked for the publishing industry, also doing corporate photography for various companies, as well as portrait photography for annual reports and brochures . In 2002 one of my Customer lent me a digital camera the Nikon D1 which I kept 3 years. I discovered then I could work with color photography the same way as I used to with black and white : I mean more creatively. I am still working with Nikon Cameras as well as doing my « darkroom » work on an Apple computer. Then in 2007, I decided to move to Glasgow, to specialize in Portrait, Wedding and Corporate photography.
